1. Program Overview
The Summer Quran Seminary is an intensive 4-week program designed for deep study of the Quran, featuring:
- Evening sessions on Surah Al-Ahzab with Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan
- Morning sessions exploring The Quran’s Relationship with the Bible
- Morning sessions on Tadabbur Methodology
The program will be held at the Islamic Center of Wheaton (ICW), Chicago from June 10 through July 7, 2025 (with Fridays off).
2. Dates
- Program Starts: June 10, 2025
- Program Concludes: July 7, 2025
3. Acceptance & Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Participants may choose:
- Full-Day Program ($450): Includes all morning and evening sessions.
- Evening-Only Program ($300): Surah Al-Ahzab evening sessions only.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees cover tuition and course materials (handouts, etc.).
- No refunds after June 8, 2025, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, at organiser’s discretion)
- Children between the ages of 12–16 are welcome to attend the Summer Quran Seminary, as long as they have a ticket and are accompanied by an adult who also has a ticket. That said, we do recommend that parents use their own discretion—some sessions will cover sensitive content related to the Prophet’s ﷺ life, so it’s important to consider whether your child is ready for those discussions.
5. Accommodations and Lodging
- Not included in the program fee.
- Discounted hotel options will be shared via email by May 1st, 2025.
- Participants are responsible for their own lodging and travel.
- Bayyinah is not liable for third-party services (e.g., hotel reservations).
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations before June 8, 2025: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after the deadline.
- Bayyinah reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor availability, low enrolment). In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain respectful behaviour toward instructors, staff and fellow attendees.
- Disruptive conduct (e.g., harassment, disrespectful dialogue) may result in dismissal without refund.
- ICW and its community rules must be respected by the attendees.
8. Health & Safety
- Participants are responsible for their own health insurance.
- Please notify staff of any medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance.
9. Recording & Intellectual Property
- Personal recordings (audio/video) are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
- Bayyinah will record sessions for internal/promotional use; by attending, participants consent to appearing in such materials.
- Course content (syllabi, handouts, etc.) is for personal use only; redistribution for commercial use is prohibited.
10. Visa & Travel
- Participants are responsible for visas, travel documents and airport transfers.
- No transportation provided to/from the venue.
11. Changes to Program
Bayyinah reserves the right to adjust the schedule, instructors or curriculum if necessary.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Bayyinah and its partners are not liable for:
- Travel, accommodation or personal expenses incurred by participants.
- Loss/damage of personal belongings on-site.
- Injuries occurring outside program hours or off ICW premises.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
