- Program Overview:
• The Bayyinah Summer Quran Intensive is a four-week, in-person program intended for individuals aged 16 and above who wish to engage deeply with the Quran through thematic study and Tadabbur methodology.
• The 2026 Summer Intensive focuses on the study of Surah An-Nur, with structured Quranic analysis and reflection delivered through a customized curriculum led by experienced Bayyinah instructors.
- Application Process:
• Applications must be submitted electronically along with any requested supporting documents.
• Application Deadline: Sunday, 26th April 2026.
• Participants will be finalized and informed of their application outcome by Sunday, 10th May 2026.
• Program Dates:
– 12 June 2026: Program Begins
– 9 July 2026: Program Concludes
- Acceptance:
• Acceptance into the Bayyinah Summer Quran Intensive is contingent upon meeting the age requirement and the successful completion of the application process, and is further based on merit and availability.
• By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that acceptance into the program constitutes a commitment to participate. Acceptance notifications do not require further confirmation, and applicants should only apply if they are fully prepared to attend the program if accepted.
- Program Fees:
• Participants are responsible for all program fees as specified by Bayyinah.
• Program fees include tuition and learning materials only. Travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
- Application Fee, Cancellations and Refunds:
• A $150 application fee is required at the time of application.
• $120 of the application fee will be refunded upon achieving a minimum of 80% attendance throughout the program.
• Applications may be withdrawn at any point prior to the application deadline of 26th April 2026.
• Once participants are finalized on 10th May 2026, any cancellations or withdrawals thereafter may incur the full applicable program fee.
• No refunds will be issued after the final application deadline, except where explicitly stated by Bayyinah.
• If Bayyinah is unable to accept your application for any reason, the full application fee will be refunded.
- Accommodation:
• Accommodation is not provided as part of the program and must be arranged independently by participants.
• Participants are responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations of their chosen accommodation.
- Code of Conduct:
• Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
• Any violation of the Bayyinah Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
- Health and Safety:
• Participants are responsible for arranging their own health insurance.
• Emergency contact information must be provided, and participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Excursions and Activities:
• The program does not offer additional facilities or activities beyond the official curriculum.
• Any independently planned activities must take place outside official program hours and are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Visa and Travel:
• Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents and visas prior to confirming their place.
• The program does not cover flights, airport transfers, or local transportation.
- Changes to the Program:
• Bayyinah reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, instructors, content, or delivery format if necessary.
- Disclaimers:
• Participants are strongly advised to exercise caution and prioritize their safety at all times.
• Bayyinah is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring outside official program sessions or designated locations.
• Participants are encouraged to secure their belongings and follow safety guidelines.
- Governing Law:
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the program is delivered. By participating in the Bayyinah Summer Quran Intensive 2026, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
