Class 1

Weekdays 7:00–10:00 PM | Weekends 6:00–8:00 PM

A Thematic and Contextual Tafsir with Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan

Surah Al-Ahzab is one of the Quran’s most socially profound and spiritually challenging chapters. This course, led by Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan, invites students into a deep exploration of the surah’s complex historical backdrop, rich literary style and transformative guidance.

Unfolding during one of the most difficult periods in the Prophet’s ﷺ life, the surah addresses issues of identity, community integrity, gender ethics, leadership and divine wisdom. Students will learn how to read the surah not just for its meaning—but for its message to every generation.

Class 2

Weekends Only, 12:00–3:00 PM

Scriptural Parallels and Historical Context with Ustadh Sharif Randhawa & Ustadh Ahmed Khan

The Quran often echoes and reinterprets the stories found in the Bible—but how should we understand this relationship? In this course, Ustadh Sharif guides students through the Quran’s scriptural dialogue with the Hebrew Bible and New Testament, using tools from archaeology, history and comparative theology.

With case studies ranging from Adam to Jesus (peace be upon them), this course provides a nuanced, evidence-based understanding of the Quran’s position in the larger tapestry of Abrahamic scripture.

Class 3

Weekends Only, 3:00–6:00 PM

Tools for Quranic Contemplation with Ustadh Jawaad Shah & Ustadha Isma Kouser

This course offers a practical and inspiring path to Quranic reflection. Tadabbur—distinct from formal tafsīr—is the process of personally and deeply engaging with Allah’s words. In this course, students will learn how to reflect with structure, creativity and sincerity, drawing from both classical scholarship and contemporary tools.

From recognizing literary patterns to expressing personal insights, this course builds the skills and mindset needed to form a lifelong, reflective relationship with the Quran.
