Access Coordinator and Instructor (Texas)
Wasif Khan was born in Doha, Qatar and moved to the United States at the tender age of two. Being the youngest of four siblings, he was always motivated to excel in his studies. His keen interest in the Book of Allah led him to begin memorizing the Qur’an at a very young age.
In 2010, Wasif enrolled in Bayyinah's Dream Program where he was among the top graduates of its first year. He then obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and went on to work as a marketing professional for a Fortune 500 company. While working full-time, Wasif taught a 1-year Quranic Arabic Program for Islamic Learning Foundation in Chicago.
In 2014 Wasif graduated from the Qalam Institute's 1-year Islamic Studies Program. Currently he teaches Bayyinah's Access Evening Arabic Program.
Access Instructor (Canada)
Aarij Anwer was born in Karachi, Pakistan and moved to Toronto, Canada at the age of 13. His religious training began after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Computer Science. He traveled to Alexandria, Egypt to study Arabic in 2009. Shortly after returning, he finished memorizing the Qur’an. He holds a BA in Fiqh and Usool from Al-Madinah International University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto. He resides in Brampton, ON and serves as the Director of Islamic Education at Masjid Khalid Bin Al-Walid in Toronto.
Access Teachers' Assistant (Canada)
Junaid Ali grew up in Chennai, India and moved to Canada at the age of 14. He completed his high school there and is currently completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the University of Toronto. Under the tutelage and the motivation of his mother, he memorized the Quran at the age of 18. Alongside his memorization, he studied Arabic and later began teaching at Al-Manarat Academy in Mississauga, Toronto.
He has always been inspired by the beauty of the Quran and enjoyed delving deeper within it to discover its gems. This passion led him to join the Bayyinah Dream Program and graduate among the top of his class. (Fun Fact: He can speak 5 different languages).
Access Instructor (Texas)
Graduate of the Dream Program 2013 with excellent results, Michael has been teaching Arabic at Good Tree Academy Islamic School in Texas since then. Michael is a bilingual French-American convert to Islam with a mechanical engineering masters degree and prior teaching experience.

Jawairia was born in Pakistan and graduated from University of Engineering & Tech Lahore. She then moved to Sweden and continued studies in Masters in Spatial Planning. Jawairia spent a couple of years in Riyadh and completed her MIS from the McGrath Institute of Technology, an Australian accredited University . In 2010 she moved to Dallas, TX and started Quranic studies with Al-Huda Institute. She completed Bayyinah's 10 Day Fundamentals of Classical Arabic program and later the Access Program. Her passion to understand the meaning and wisdom of the glorious Quran lead her to enroll in the Dream Program. She graduated with honors from the Dream Program in 2014.
She is a Sunday School teacher at IACC in Plano, TX and an active member of IACC Dawah committee. She lives in McKinney TX with her husband and two adorable daughters. She loves to travel and interact with people from different faiths and cultures.
Access Instructor (Ohio)
Nabeel was born in Louisiana and raised in Kentucky where he began his Tajweed and Qur’anic studies at the age of six. After moving to Ohio, Nabeel continued his studies under Sh. Fares. At the age of 16, he became the youngest Khateeb in the Columbus, OH community. After completing his freshman year at the Ohio State University, he took a year off to attend the Bayyinah Dream Program, determined to draw closer to Allah and His Book.
Nabeel has now returned to The Ohio State to complete his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and serve as an Access Instructor. He is also continuing his training as an educator and activist under Ustadh AbdulRahman Murphy.
In his spare time, Nabeel likes to play basketball, read poetry and quote Batman.
Access Instructor (Texas)
Sister Fuseina Mohamad was born in Seattle to Ghanaian parents. She was raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and returned to the United States to complete higher education. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Information Systems from Illinois State University. She has always had a deep interest in understanding the Qur’an and took the opportunity to enroll in Bayyinah’s Dream Program. She graduated among the top students of Dream 2012. After graduating from the Dream program Sister Fuseina took on the responsibility of heading Bayyinah’s first Access Program, teaching Quranic Arabic for sisters in the DFW area. She also started Bayyinah’s first continuing education program for graduates of the Dream and Access programs. Sister Fuseina also started Bayyinah’s first 10-Day Fundamentals of Classical Arabic courses for sisters only and has taught the course several times around the country. Alongside teaching, Sister Fuseina has continued higher Arabic studies while also pursuing hifdh of Quran and Tajweed studies.
